Wander suggests locations in downtown Austin for you to visit. It is the sole responsibility of you, the user, to decide where to walk, and how to get there safely. Wander is not developed, hosted, or controlled by the City of Austin, and the City of Austin assumes no liability for your safety. If you choose to use Wander, you may find that actual conditions differ from the content and/or directions generated by Wander. You agree to use your independent judgment when following any such suggestions, and you further agree that your use of Wander is solely at your own risk and the risk of those following Wander’s directions with you. You agree that you have the full right to consent to these terms for both yourself and any other person with which you share information or content generated by Wander. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the City from and against any and all claims of whatsoever nature arising out of your use of Wander.

Your location is used for the purposes of the app only. The City of Austin does not store location data in any way. The City, through Wander, does collect and store the date and time you access Wander, the ZIP code you provide to access the content, and your Internet Protocol ("IP") address.
